No Setup Fees

Screen printing and embroidery machines don't set themselves up. But we kind of knew that when we got into this business. Setting things up, making sure the alignments and positioning are dead-on, is just part of the process. It doesn't make a lot of sense for us to charge extra for something we have to do anyway.

So you go pick out a shirt you like. Then find the perfect piece of artwork to go on it. Put it all together in the Online Design Studio if you have time. Then let us know when you're ready. Just leave the setup to us. We got this.

No Design Fees

A long time ago on an internet far, far away, our entire website was devoted to custom screen print designs and artwork. We didn't have any product on the site, there was no online designer, it was literally nothing but artwork. Quite frankly, the only reason we launched a website all those years ago was because it was the easiest for our account reps to show samples of our work. So it's fair to say that we've been all about the design since day one.

So why would we charge for that?

I'm going to go out on a limb and say most of you reading this aren't artists or designers. You just want great looking shirts at reasonable prices. That works out really well because we have a whole bunch of artists that work here and they love designing cool shirts.

Really, it’s that simple. If you’re not happy with something we’ve done, tell us why and we’ll make it right.

I suppose we could come up with some ridiculously elaborate Return & Exchange policy, but then we’d sound like lawyers. And while we have nothing against lawyers in general, we’ve found that most of them know little or nothing about screen printing.

So we’re going to stick with the simple policy that’s worked for our clients since 1989: If you don’t like something, let us know and we’ll fix it.
